There are a number of popular attractions which are not far from the Tirana City Rooms, and you can plan a visit to them. Some of them are listed below:

• Skanderbeg Square is the centre of Tirana, named after Gjergj Kastrioti Skanderbeg, a national hero who resisted the Ottoman invasions in the 15th century. It is around 4 kilometres from the property. Still, it is worth visiting as it is surrounded by many other attractions like the national history museum and government and cultural buildings. You will also be able to spot the national opera house and the historical Et'hem Bej Mosque. 
• Museum of Natural Sciences Sabiha Kasimati is a well-established museum in Tirana, named after an Albanian scientist, Sabiha Kasimati, killed during the Communist regime. It has thousands of animal samples and sections in zoology, botany and geology.
• The catholic church of Kisha Katolike Zemra e Krishtit is another major attraction to consider. It is the oldest catholic church in Tirana, established in 1938 during the Italian invasion. As the church is still active, it is an excellent visit for religious tourists.
• National History Museum is the most important museum in Albania. It contains lots of artefacts depicting the history of Albania and the regions around it from antiquity to the present. It has pavilions dedicated to pre-historic and medieval times and halls of Albanian Independence or communist persecution.  
• House of Leaves, or The Museum of Secret Surveillance, is another top attraction. Housing objects and artefacts of espionage and secret police, the House of Leaves depicts one of the darkest periods of Albanian history from 1944 to 1991.

• Zoological Park of Tirana is situated next to the botanical garden and is a great place to show to kids who may love animals. The zoo was built in 1960 and 1961 by foreign specialists and went through a series of transformations until it regained its popularity. 
• Grand Park of Tirana is a big highlight of the city, as it is big and immensely popular. It houses several other landmarks, such as the artificial lake in the middle of the park, the Saint Procopius Church, and the Presidential Palace. It is pretty peaceful and has plenty of walking, running, and cycling tracks. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in and around the park, offering good quality food.
• Latitude Tirana is the best offer for indoor sporting activities, giving everyone a chance to have a good time, with plenty of running places and hiking space provided. It is exciting for both children and parents, and the staff are helpful and professional. It is about 5 minutes from the property by car, and plenty of parking is available at the complex.

• Eden Breeze Fish Restaurant is only two minutes from Tirana City Rooms. You can have great seafood in this restaurant, which is always served fresh and hot. Most customers recommend grilled fish and shrimp. They admire its elegant setting and nice atmosphere.
• Tavernetta Amazona is another excellent local restaurant you can try. It is located on Bulevardi Gjergj Fishta, on the other side of the Lana River. Their service is one of the best as the staff are super friendly and helpful and can speak English.
• On Rruga Medar Shtylla, you will have Delishfish, an excellent restaurant with delicious plates and outstanding service. It is well-known for its seafood, fresh fish and smoked salmon.
• Delibros - Hamburger Restaurant is a much more prestigious restaurant closer to the city centre. The chef uses some of the best ingredients to make the liveliest tastes. The bun is always fresh and soft, with chicken wings tasty and juicy. 
• A short distance from Delibors, there are several other top-notch restaurants you can go to. Restaurant Piceri Era "Blloku" is one of the best if you like to taste traditional Albanian cuisine. The restaurant has a big menu, and you will be able to go for various other Mediterranean dishes.
