A beautiful apartment in a good location which was ideal for our purposes. We did have a few issues with communication before checking in - although replies were very prompt they did not always answer our questions fully. We needed an early check-in and had some difficulty arranging this. Given the communication issues we had had (possibly due to a language barrier?) we were a bit apprehensive about how the stay would go. However, the whole process from check-in to check-out went very smoothly and we were extremely pleasantly surprised by the apartment. In fact it was better than the listing, which did not make it entirely clear that there are in fact 2 bathrooms, one being en-suite. The quality of the fixtures and fittings was excellent with features such as USB ports on sockets and also a balcony which was not mentioned in the listing. All in all, a good experience and we would certainly stay there again.
