• Within a mile of the property, you can go to Chesterton Sports Centre, a sports complex with pools, a sauna, and training activities. There is different equipment to keep in shape, and it is a fantastic place for locals to hang around and exercise.
• If you have kids, Chestnut Grove is nearby and a good recreation ground to go to. The settings are also suitable for walkers and dog walkers. 
• If you want something fancier, you may opt for Pulley Play Area. It is around 15 minutes from the property on foot. It is suitable for both children and adults. You may also take your bike and have some cycling practice.
• Milton Country Park is around an 8-minute drive from the property. It might be farther than the other parks, but Milton Country Park is the real deal if you want a whole package. It has lots of natural attractions such as lakes and pathways. There are also plenty of cafes and a visitor’s centre. It is a great location with stunning views and is ideal for picnicking.
• Going southward, however, you will come across Stourbridge Common. It is beside River Cam, and you can see swans and ducks from there. It has lots of open space, perfect for family picnics and cycling.
