The Luxurious Penthouse

The apartment is located just across from Cambridge Leisure Centre, which boasts a range of restaurants, cinemas, and gyms. The city centre is a 27-minute walk away, and the railway station is just a 10-minute stroll away. The apartment is situated in a closed community with its own porter. 

The guests are welcome to use the fully-equipped private kitchen, dishwasher, and washer. There is a pool and a gym on the first floor of the apartment complex that the guests are welcome to use.

The Luxurious Penthouse in Detail

The bedrooms have double or single beds, each equipped with a wardrobe and a bedside table. There are two full-size bathrooms with all the necessary amenities.

All the essentials like towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are included. Free Wi-Fi is available in all our properties. Bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel are also provided. The living room features a large TV, and complimentary coffee and tea are available.

Safety amenities include a smoke detector, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and fire blanket.

Access to the apartment is possible via stairs and an elevator. One guaranteed underground parking spot is available.

Other things to note: high-speed Wi-Fi is available for all guests free of charge. Guests may check in any time after 3 pm on the day of arrival and check out any time before 11 am on the day of departure. Guests wishing to check out after 11 am without arranging a later check-out in advance will be subject to an additional fee of 40GBP per hour or pro-rata for part of an hour. If a late check-out is approved by Paymán Club at the time of booking, the cost is 20GBP per hour. Check-ins before 3 pm and after 8 pm are subject to an additional charge of 30GBP.

We have a travel cot that can be set up for a toddler, in addition to the advertised number of guests allowed in the flat. 

We only accept bookings from guests over 23 years of age at the time of booking. Bookings will be cancelled without refund for anyone booking who is under the age of 23 or who fails to provide a valid photo ID.

Please note that pricing may vary at the point of reservation depending on factors such as the day of the week, number of nights, number of people staying, and season. 

Standard house rules apply, which include being respectful of the property and neighbours, maintaining tidiness, and keeping noise levels low outside of social hours. No parties are allowed, and quiet hours are observed from 11 pm to 9 am. As this is a residential area, we prioritize the comfort of our long-term neighbours. Our neighbours are sensitive to noise, so if you are planning a party or a rowdy evening out, we kindly ask you to consider other accommodation options. Only the persons who have been taken account of upon booking are allowed to stay at and access the property. Not complying with these terms and conditions will result in the full or partial loss of the security deposit.

A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals and will be released subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. The security deposit may be retained for violations of house rules or damage to the property. The security deposit is held in the form of a pre-authorization of funds on your card, rather than a charge. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for the deposit to reach your bank following the release of the funds.

Attractions and Parks near The Luxurious Penthouse

Cambridge University Botanic Garden is a place of significant scientific value for researchers and a lovely site for all interested in gardening. The 16-hectare area is one of the most important attractions of Cambridge, with its greenhouses and open spaces being the favourite spots for tourists. The garden cafe is also a great place to relax with outstanding cakes and coffees to enjoy.

Nightingale Community Garden is five minutes from the property on Nightingale Avenue and is a great green space for walking and other activities. It has a big playground for younger kids, having exercise equipment and tennis tables as well. Cherry Hinton Basketball Court, Addenbrooks’ Tennis Court and Nightingale Gym are on the same grounds and are wonderful venues for sports activities.

Grounds more specific to certain sports are also in the vicinity of the property such as Clare College Sports Ground and Cambridge Lakes Golf Course.
